INTRODUCTION
This Course focuses attention on the core activities that human resource staff need to pursue in order to provide an effective service to their organization. The aim of the programme is to provide participants with a range of concepts, frame works and tools they can use in support of their everyday work and will enable them to be more closely aligned with their organization’s business.
