INTRODUCTION

The role of the human factor is essential both in the implementation and application of the own normative system, which has not only the role of risk reduction, but also, in particular, the realization of the bank’s strategies and policies, as well as from the perspective of maintaining the bank’s position on the market under the conditions of universalization of the objects activity in the field of banking, development of information and communication structures and uniforms in the structure of products and services offered by banks (competition for the implementation of new products and services becoming extremely acute in Romania in the current period), resource management human is already a priority element of the evolutionary strategies of a modern bank

Objectives

  • To analyze general banking practices of the bank.
  • To earn valuable knowledge about the foreign trade in banking sector.
  • To compare the real practices of the bank with the rules and regulation of the country.
  • To know the different practices of the Human Resources Division of a Bank.
  • To review the Human Resource policies of a bank
  • Identify the constraints in implementing Human Resource Policies.
  • Find out some problems and to suggest some solutions to facilitate the future Bank administrators.
