Executive Communication, Customer Experience and Stakeholder Relations.

introduction

Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Secretaries and senior administrative professionals are increasingly expected to serve as key communication and relationship-management links between executives, employees, clients, partners, government officials and other stakeholders. Their effectiveness therefore goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires exceptional communication, customer-service and stakeholder-management capabilities.

The Executive Communication, Customer Experience and Stakeholder Relations programme is designed to strengthen the professional capabilities of Secretaries, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and administrative professionals who interact regularly with senior executives, clients and important institutional stakeholders.

The programme focuses on developing professional communication, executive presence, customer experience, relationship management, diplomacy, business etiquette and stakeholder engagement skills. Participants will learn how to communicate confidently and appropriately across different levels of an organisation while protecting the image, reputation and interests of the executive and institution they represent.

Particular attention will be given to executive correspondence, telephone and email communication, professional protocol, handling difficult clients, complaints management, managing confidential and sensitive information, stakeholder expectations, meeting and event interactions, interpersonal communication and service recovery.

Participants will also explore how administrative professionals can contribute strategically to the executive office by anticipating stakeholder needs, coordinating communication effectively, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring that every interaction reflects the organisation’s standards and values.

Through practical exercises, role plays, workplace scenarios, case studies and communication simulations, participants will develop greater confidence in handling challenging situations, communicating with senior stakeholders and delivering consistently high levels of professional service.
